Our Field Methodology
Rehla's programs originate from direct community consultations across Libyan municipalities, turning local needs into sustainable youth-driven solutions powered by our transparent ledger.

Skills for the Future & Southern Libyan Community Development
At Rehla, every intervention begins with deep listening. We assess local community needs across southern municipalities like Ghat, Ubari, Traghan, and Murzuq, designing tailored vocational and technical training that closes structural skill gaps.

Cultivating Tomorrow's Leaders Through Civic Action & Fieldwork
A 3-month immersive training and field journey designed to equip Libyan youth with practical civic leadership tools, ethical governance principles, and collaborative problem-solving experience within real-world non-profit initiatives.

Immersive Field Camps Fostering Resilience, Teamwork & Social Cohesion
Rehla Retreats bring together youth from different Libyan cities into a rigorous immersive camp environment. Through experiential learning, physical challenges, and reflective dialogues, participants build deep bonds and master conflict-resolution.

A Monthly Platform Inspiring Youth Leadership Across 6 Libyan Cities
Every single month, 'Be the Difference' creates an energizing civic forum connecting changemakers, entrepreneurs, and youth. Through panel discussions and masterclasses, it sparks actionable ideas that transform local communities.

27,000 Trees by 2027: Every Tree Has a QR Code & Digital Story (75 LYD/tree)
Greening Libya begins in schoolyards and communal oasis corridors. 'Gharsa' unites students, families, and civic volunteers to plant drought-resilient native trees. Complete sponsorship cost is standardized at 75 LYD per tree, covering the endemic sapling, micro-drip irrigation line, smart QR tracking tag, and student care.
We welcome every young person committed to uplifting their local communities while gaining hands-on non-profit leadership experience.
