Accounting Reversal Principles

In accordance with strict fiduciary responsibility and double-entry bookkeeping, all refund requests are processed as immutable reverse ledger entries, preserving financial reconciliation.

1. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Technical processing duplication or unauthorized duplicate charge.
Cancellation of a campaign prior to fund disbursement.
Written donor request within 72 hours while funds remain undisbursed in the organization account.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Funds already disbursed to the verified beneficiary or deployed for verified equipment procurement cannot be revoked or refunded.
